The Door Network is a Christ-centered leadership training program dedicated to equipping emerging leaders with a strong foundation in their calling. We partner with you on your journey to become a faithful and effective leader for Yasha (Christ), rooted in integrity and purpose. Through our program, you’ll gain a deep understanding of our mission, core values, and commitment to developing every believer into a confident, purpose-driven leader. Our desire is that you leave this experience fully grounded in your identity and ready to walk boldly in your calling. The Door Network is founded on the belief that God is the source of all truth as revealed in the person of Yasha (Christ). We approach all aspects of kingdom leaders' training to be not just spiritual but natural, physical, and social as well. Our belief is that the Bible, as God’s Word, reveals truth that will help you as a kingdom leader to walk your call out spiritually, naturally, physically, and socially. Establishing such a foundation sets the stage for students to successfully engage the leader's curriculum.

At The Door Network, we will always infuse Yasha (Christ) into all of our teaching, bringing everything kingdom not only back to God but Yasha (Christ) as he ministered here on this earth; this will encompass a student’s curricular experience. This strong base of the kingdom leaders' training, being Yasha/Christ-centered, provides the launching pad from which graduates passionately infuse their faith into the realms of spiritual, natural, physical, and social, to the influence of which God calls them. That’s what we mean by “authentic kingdom leadership.”

 

What the Training Includes

Our leadership training program focuses on:

  • Biblical foundations for Kingdom leadership
  • Development of the 5 Ascension Gifts (apostle, prophet, evangelist, shepherd, teacher – Ephesians 4:11)
  • Prophetic Activations
  • Opportunities for affirmation and release into ministry
  • Stay on board at The Door

As led by the Holy Spirit, an affirmation ceremony with credentials will be offered upon completion, modeled after Acts 13:1–3.

Meet Founder Toriana

No, this program is not accredited. It is designed to equip you with biblical teaching and practical training to help you grow, follow, and fulfill your God-given purpose.

Each course includes a structured biblical study plan that you’ll be assigned to complete. At the end of each course, there will be a test to assess your understanding. The full program consists of 10 to 13 courses.

Yes, you will receive a certificate upon completing the current program.
As the program expands, we’re exploring additional credential options. For now, successful graduates will receive a certificate.

Upon successful completion and graduation, you will receive a certificate and an identification card to support you as a leader in the body of Christ and in what God is calling you to do. These credentials do not expire

Since this training is guided by the Holy Spirit, we do not set a fixed price for the program. However, we do require a monthly love offering, due on the 15th, trusting that you will be led by the Holy Spirit in determining the amount.
