Affirmations

We affirm and stand with those whom the Holy Spirit leads us to partner with for the work of the ministry.

Just as in Acts 13:1–4, where the Holy Spirit set apart Barnabas and Saul for His divine assignment, we remain sensitive to His leading, responding in prayer, fasting, and unity to commission those He has called. Ministry partnership at THE DOOR is birthed by the Spirit and sealed in obedience.

Support

We support ministry leaders who are spiritually grounded, full of the Spirit, and either already active in ministry or walking into their God-given calling.

These individuals have demonstrated a clear commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God. We come alongside them as they move forward into deeper dimensions of God's purpose. For those preparing to step into ministry, THE DOOR serves as a trusted support system, equipping and empowering them to launch into the deep with Abba.

A Family Kingdom Alliance

We come alongside both seasoned and emerging ministry leaders to help them establish and grow their ministries within their local neighboring communities. Through The DOOR Network Alliance, we provide church management support, leadership training, and godly counsel to equip them for effective ministry. Each leader will fully own, operate, and govern their churches, outreaches, and ministries, while becoming part of a connected, Kingdom-minded family.

Counsel

We lean on the wisdom of Scripture to counsel and guide leaders toward growth in wisdom and stature.

Proverbs 15:22 declares, Without counsel, plans go awry, but in the multitude of counselors, they are established, and

Proverbs 11:14 declares Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors, there is safety. At THE DOOR, we create a safe and Spirit-led environment where godly counsel helps establish strong, wise, and effective leaders.

Friendships

Kingdom friendships. Genuine connection is essential in building God’s Kingdom.
